I had my furnace cleaned. I donated items to the food bank. The cleaning was free,and the food was going to families in need. I will use them from now on. They do an excellent job and very friendly. I like using local merchants. Thank you so much!!
Called in the late morning about my AC that quit working. Had a technician out that afternoon! They kept great communication and even texted me a picture of the technician when he was on the way. There was no charge for the diagnosis and no hi pressure sales. I would highly recommend Hoppy heating and ac for anyone that is having HVAC issues!
We had Hoppy Heating and Air Conditioning install two new AC units, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. It was a big project, but they handled it efficiently and professionally. The team was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, respectful, and patient with all our questions. They made sure we understood everything and kept us informed throughout the process.
