Instead of waiting until Monday or pay for an expensive holiday service call, Jeremy walked me through a temporary fix via Facetime. Eventually Mike came out to help with a permanent solution. Both were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional!

He’s very polite and knowledgeable. He definitely knows his stuff! I mean, there’s not much else I can say he is an awesome guy!! Integrity all around! My AC stopped working in the middle of the night, so first thing in the morning on July 3rd, I called this office after being referred by a friend I totally trust. The phone was answered by Beth who was delightful, very helpful and immediately said she could get someone out to me today, before the July 4th holiday, but it would be after hours and an emergency stop charge fee…I totally understood and agreed! I then get a call back from her a few hours later saying she actually had a tech become available and he could come earlier which I eagerly accepted but here’s the best part….she then says since it’s not after hours now I only have to pay the normal stop charge! When Jason arrived I had no idea that my air conditioner unit was on the roof of my condo but after some detective work, extra effort on his part he found my unit, physically got to it, marked it for me so I know in the future and fixed my problem fast!!! Western Hills earned not only my trust but respect for how this whole situation was handled. If you want to know you will be taken care of with a company with integrity, call Western Hills now!!!

Our technician, Jason Mueller, was courteous, professional & very competent. Using the process of elimination he quickly identified the problem in our heat pump. When an issue occurred while replacing the broken component he found a work around that restored the heat pump to service.

Jason saved the day! After being told we needed an entirely new HVAC by another company, Jason came in, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part on the spot for under $400. This saved us thousands. We highly recommend Jason and Western Hills Heating and Air!
