“We recently brought our German shepherds to see Dr Pancake. My daughter's dog is a service dog and has high anxiety. We brought her muzzle with us knowing she would have to wear it. The ladies here were amazing with both dogs. They use kindness \\u0026 treats and encouragement and made sure our dogs were happy. I have been a vet tech for many years and I figured we may need to step out of the room (sometimes that helps high anxiety dogs relax) but they are very thorough and knew how to provide excellent veterinary care. Our dogs tails never stopped wagging. We were so impressed we have moved all of our pets care to the new Eastside Clinic! Thanks!“
