We recently brought our German shepherds to see Dr Pancake. My daughter's dog is a service dog and has high anxiety. We brought her muzzle with us knowing she would have to wear it. The ladies here were amazing with both dogs. They use kindness \\u0026 treats and encouragement and made sure our dogs were happy. I have been a vet tech for many years and I figured we may need to step out of the room (sometimes that helps high anxiety dogs relax) but they are very thorough and knew how to provide excellent veterinary care. Our dogs tails never stopped wagging. We were so impressed we have moved all of our pets care to the new Eastside Clinic! Thanks!

Dr. Pancake and the staff were very kind and caring as we said goodbye to our little Jack. She even prayed with us, which I found comforting. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Everyone at Eastside was so wonderful with my lab mix. I warned them that the last vet had muzzled him just to be safe but these ladies pulled out the peanut butter and got to work without the muzzle! He did great and was constantly told he was a good boy!We had previously quit going to Eastside due to Phillips being rough and not compassionate at all with my nervous pup, who is pretty skittish with most men. Pancake running the show seems to be a huge improvement!
