We have been with American Family Insurance with Keith Harris and his wife for pretty much a decade now. They are amazing people and go out of thier way to help us out. They cover ALL of our insurance needs. They make sure we get all of the discounts available. I appreciate them so much. If I don't understand something they are willing to answer. Very prompt with reaching back to us. Friendly staff throughout their whole business.

Wow. My experience so far with this insurance agency is 5 stars. I decided to shop around after 20 years being at a different company and seeing my rates raise significantly. I did not even know this place existed, but I saw it had 5 stars on Google. Based on that, I decided to give them a shot at my business. Kiersten is who I worked with and she is top notch, Costumer focused and explains policy superbly. She also got me quotes within 2 days whereas another place I went to for a quote took 1 1/2 weeks. I made the switch to American Family and would encourage anyone to try them.
