I was in dyer need of a deep tissue massage and my husband was able to find Teresa with an opening same day. Upon the massage starting, I quickly found that I was in a lot of pain down my right leg even just to the touch. Teresa moved a little more gently and offered to try ‘cupping’ to relieve some of the tension that was causing so much of my topical pain. Close to the end of my 90 minute session she was actually able to remove the cups and work my right leg and lower back that were untouchable. Thank you for going above & beyond Teresa!! I’ll definitely be back ?
I have been going to Healthy Me Massage for over a year now and all I can say is it’s fantastic. Teresa is a seasoned veteran masseuse and I always get a good massage. She always takes her time and gives one their money’s worth, regardless of your affliction. Mine was a motorcycle accident and continuing pain from a broken back. She keeps me flexible and has helped so much with my pain and discomfort over the last 12 months. I would highly recommend her to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.
From a full career of manual labor my body was wrecked when i first came to Healthy Me. Teresa has been a Godsend to put humpty dumpty back together again! Helps with regular aches and muscle damage and so much more.
