The homes are excellent and the young man who gave us a tour was awesome!! Cavco manufactures the homes and other companies sell them. You don't deal with Cavco at all, they don't have a sales department. I just wonder who would take responsibility if things were to go wrong because the customer will have dealt with the seller who didn't manufacture, move, or install the home. Just an opinion based on how the business is set up. I would still purchase a home though.
