Jesus texted me that he was 40 minutes away. He was right on time. He was very courteous. Prior to his arrival I removed the lid from our septic tank an ran a garden hose to that location for him to use for clean up. When he left, I went outside to turn the hose off and reel the hose back up. He had already done that! This is why I will continue using Gift!
Easy scheduling, great price, company is VERY well organized, Jesus was on time, friendly and left no mess! This was our first time having tank pumped and we will continue to use this company as well as refer it to anyone looking :)
Absolutely awesome! Carlie, Jesus, & Russ were all terrific to work with! They're extremely friendly and professional. Their pricing was the best and their service was top tier. They did all they could to accommodate my septic pumping and pump replacement needs. Plus, they got the septic pump alarm that never worked working while they were out there as a bonus. I would recommend Gift to anyone for the quality of service alone.
