Wesley White from Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling was on time and dressed well. He serviced our master bathroom sink, replacing the faucet. He also took care of toilet correcting the slow flow and refresh rate. He was great. You all need to adjust what your AI call answering to reflect that the cost they quote is just the cost for the visit not the total cost. Sets an unrealistic expectation.

Colton Edward's, was my service technician today, he was sent out to see why our furnace unit wasn't switching over to heat, he figured out the issue and was very courteous and professional, he explained what he needed to do and fixed the issue, I would highly recommend Colton Edward's and Summers heating and plumbing!!!!

I just asked for a estimate for comparison. I have not decided on anyone yet. Adam was very polite, and listened to what i wanted. He wore covers over his shoes and explained his estimate. He spent a short time just getting to know me as well. Very prompt and personable.
