I just want to share my experience today! Last night I realized I forgot to pick up an important garment for an event for out of town this weekend. It was after 5:30 PM so with a little luck I emailed the owners to see if I could pick up today. The owners texted me and connected me with Rhonda, who is a lifesaver! She is going out of her way on a Saturday to allow me to pick up my garment for a very important event this week for a conference I am at! I don’t know what I would do Without her kindness and generosity to help me! Five stars for customer services and having that small town family owned feeling! ❤️

I must share my amazing experience I had! Yesterday after a long day, I realized I forgot to pick up a very important garment for a conference I am presenting at next week. I fly out on Sunday! With a longshot I sent an email to someone with the cleaners and lo and behold they texted me this morning saying that Rhonda the manager at the Vincennes location would be willing to meet me to pick up my item. I am beyond amazed at the customer service and flexibility to help make one customer happy! They truly saved the day and I am beyond grateful. 5 Stars!!!

I have been to Kim's Cleaners before and they always do a fantastic job. This last time around I took my clothes in Monday morning and asked that all 16 articles of clothing be ready by Wednesday (truly an unreasonable request, in my opinion). They were given only a day to take care of my clothes and yet they took care of everything. All articles of clothing looked amazing. Perfect job. 10/10 for service, professionalism, and diligence.
