I’ve been with one of the big insurance companies for my whole life. I’m 30. Currently about to close on a house, I ask my lender who she suggests for insurance. She said you gotta talk to Ryan Chattin. I was pretty neutral towards my big company. So I’m like, sure, I’ll reach out to Ryan.
He was easy to talk to, responsive, answered my questions. A good dude for sure. I send him my house info and I’m like, hey here’s my car policy too. Mind you, I’m paying roughly $950ish every 6 months for auto. And I’d never taken the time to shop my policy. I was optimistic I could get it a little cheaper. Ryan and his team were great. We switched from State Farm and he saved us several hundred dollars a year, answered all of our questions and followed up. Highly recommend Goosehead Insurance.
Great service always. I've had multiple interactions with them over the phone and they're always very quick to help, easy to speak with, professional, and great at what they do. We've gotten great coverage for the prices offered and on two instances now I've even forgotten to add a vehicle to our policy until I was already in the BMV parking lot and without implying any rush, our policy was updated before we even entered the BMV. Definitely would recommend them to anyone searching for great coverage and friendly service.
