We stopped in on a rainy Saturday 40 minutes before closing and instead of turning us away, Gage showed us all the homes we wanted to look at. He walked around in the rain without an umbrella like a champ! The quality of these homes are much better than the others we have looked at. If you don't like something and want to change it, it's FREE! I'm still planning on building my own home but if I don't, this will be the place I buy from!

had an excellent time picking out my dream home from bairds. those guys moved heaven and earth to make sure we got everything we wanted. Bob, Hailey, And Jim were wonderful people to associate with. would definitely recommend if you need a new home. I would buy from here again!

I bought my first home from Bob Hanson at Bairds. Quick and smooth transaction from beginning to end!! Even after the home was set up and complete, he made sure we were taken care of and satisfied! 11/10 WOULD recommend!!!
