Helton Eye Care is highly recommended for top-notch eye care. Patients experienced prompt appointments, even being seen within hours for eye pain. The practice accepts Medicaid and offers coupons for eye drops. Staff are described as friendly, courteous, professional, and amazing, explaining every process thoroughly. They are patient and wonderful with children, checking and caring for them with great attention. Dr. Helton is noted as very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and thorough, taking her time to ensure patients feel secure with any findings. The practice also offers a nice selection of glass frames. Patients appreciate being listened to and made to feel comfortable, especially after long periods without eye care or due to past fears. They are glad for the help with medical history, fears, and the needs of children.
Dr. Helton and her staff are wonderful. The office staff is welcoming, everyone is friendly and professional, and Dr. Helton is thorough, patient, and truly caring. She takes the time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Highly recommend!
They got me in just 5 hours after calling to schedule an appointment for eye pain after being unable to sleep all night, and I was finally able to go home and go to sleep. And they accepted my medicaid. Dr. Helton even scheduled me another appointment on the spot to check up on my eye injury in a few days, and gave me a coupon for eye drops. She was very kind and thorough.
Accidentally touched wrong button. Was cut off from my recent evaluation of Dr Helton and her staff. Was in the process of saying I thanked all concerned for their
attentiveness. Came home and mentioned to my wife that I was very impressed with Dr. Helton and her staff. She hasn't had an evaluation during the past 4 years. She was looking for a doctor to evaluate her as we are relative new to this area. She called Helton Eye Care and made an appointment.
