A continuously improving facility that is one of the nicer YMCA's we have ever been a part of. The amenities you obtain when getting a membership with the Valparaiso YMCA are not only more, but better than most.
A terrific place with great staff, instructors and staff. I love the pools and mind-body yoga and pilates classes. Very reasonable membership and lots to do for seniors, kids, and dedicated fitness people too. Dance, swim, lift, use workout machines, take classes, learn new skills...this Y offers it all.
It was amazing I love the cleanliness and the steam room is A+ I love the steam room it has good heat, sauna, pool, and hot tub but they could definitly increase the pressure of the jets that's a must need. With the the pressure higher it could massage our bodies more especially if we threw our backs out or something. But the place is awesome
