Jolena was so helpful today when it came to my happy return. Although it was a bit complicated she got it all sorted out for me! The staff is always super friendly when I’m also shopping for makeup and not making a return!

On Saturday I was unhappy with my hair services. The supervisor on duty was very friendly and took my information to get it fixed. The manager Jelena (i believe it's spelled) reached out quickly to get me rescheduled at another location. Valentina did a fantastic job! Thank you team ultra for fantastic customer service.
