Tried to return items to the store and they said it was denied. This is not the first time and when I asked why she got shitty. That is terrible customer service. They at first would not even talk to us about other option.

I have ordered things online from Home Depot before. Delivery has always been good. Recently I made an order for delivery on a Monday afternoon. That evening I decided I wanted something different. I got up early and cancelled the order by 7 a.m. on tuesday. The first time I ever tried to cancel an order. The order had not shipped yet. 2 hours later I get a text that my order just shipped. I called the number from the text to check and make sure that the order was cancelled. I talked to the representative and was put on hold. well let's start off I spent a good amount of money on my product, witch was walk in shower kit. Paid cash and for flooring as well. My delivery date was for the 29 of Nov. As of today I still hadn't received my product . So I decide to try to track my items. Come to find out they had canceled my items. They said cause my address was incorrect. Witch my address was very correct. They never once called to ask about the address nor did they call me to let me know my order was cancelled . So we have been sitting waiting for nothing and my contractor as well. Very unprofessional, and customer service as well.
