Have used Tri-County before at our old house and did an amazing job there so this is our second experience with them with the installation of gutter guards on our new house. Always an amazing job done by their team. Installer called to see if he could move the appointment up to the morning and was finished by the afternoon.
Would definitely recommend them for any of your jobs.

They Communicated frequently via text and was able to get our repair job done a week early which was nice. The guys doing the repair work were super pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Hopefully their work is as great as everyone we dealt with there. Time will tell!

We had a new roof put on in 2021. In June of this year I noticed a small issue with the ice shield and the gutter apron. It did not affect the integrity of the roof in the summer. I sent a registered mail warranty request which is part of the warranty boiler plate. The same day Fredia signed for the letter, Sara sent me an email and said she would text me when an inspection visit would be scheduled. A couple days later David came out, inspected the problem and took pictures. He said the repair was covered by the warranty. I got a text from Sara stating that the repair was in the schedule. Two weeks later Jason and Scott were out and made the repair in just a few hours.... read full review
