Had me back there within 10 mins. They pulled up my insurance no problems. Nurses all EFFICIENT RESPECTFUL and kind. Actually did a chest xray. Very satisfied after experiencing the horror of the new “Porter” “healthlinc” and “Northshore”.

The nurse practitioner was cranky and said very loud at check in if it was time to go yet. Unfortunately we got her and she was going through the questions really fast. She then tells us that the computer was flagging my daughter for being pregnant, which she is not. Then her explaining to us what to take without telling us what she had was ridiculous. We had to wait to see the paperwork to see what my daughter was actually diagnosed with. Very unprofessional.
