Very good visit, mostly. The one woman in the first room was chewing gum and I told her I couldn't understand or even hear her not saying anything about the gum but she just kept talking in the same monotone quiet voice. Everyone else was excellent like my other visits.
Dr Chasen and staff are wonderful. They got me in immediately, and diagnosed me promptly and accurately. In addition to expertise, Dr Chasen has a dry sense of humor and a caring manner. I can't say enough good about the experience.
They are very knowledgeable and competent about my eye condition. Vyas and Chasen are very friendly and competent and I won't trust anyone else with my treatments. Staff are friendly and kind. I love joking around with everyone!
