Dan gets 8 stars on a scale of 5. He has been excellent to work with -- resourceful, creative, excellent workmanship, honest, prompt and professional. We initially hired him for a relatively small job, and were so impressed that we substantially expanded the scope, even to include a full kitchen remodel. The kitchen job is the showplace of our house, and was accomplished quickly and affordably. Other successful projects were opening a load-bearing wall and structural reinforcement to permit a more open floorplan, and other infrastructure improvements requiring great attention to detail. Honest, reliable and fair priced.

Tom and Dan were awesome to work with! We had a fairly complicated task and they were able to complete it on time and on budget, and it looks great! On top of that we had a laundry list of repairs that needed to be done as well, they were thorough, documented everything, stayed in contact with me relative to timing on the projects and worked with my crazy schedule. Can’t say enough good things about these two!!

The work that was initially performed was great, but reliability for warrantied follow up work has fallen upon deaf ears, and have to proceed with legal action. DO NOT USE !
