I had a great experience with Professional Hearing Management. The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you understand your hearing needs and treatment options. It’s obvious they know what they’re talking about, and they genuinely care about helping their patients. I never felt rushed, and everyone made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Professional Hearing Management to anyone looking for expert, compassionate hearing care.
I went to see Dr Rauch last month for my tinnitus and hearing loss. Wow I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was exceptional. Dr Rauch is so compassionate and has already changed my life. I’m hearing better then ever and my tinnitus is almost gone already. I love hearing the birds this spring. The whole team, from front office to her assistants, are awesome. They explain things well and make us feel like family. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!
