I was not only able to schedule an appointment online within a week, but they contacted me with an opening for the next day. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was in and out in less than a half hour.
Fast and easy appointments. Very friendly staff who were helpful and able to answer questions. Dr Lindsey has an excellent "bedside manner" and was reassuring regarding procedure and diagnosis.
Went and saw Erin Hicks, NP today and she was great! Extremely nice and very thorough. She took the time to go over everything with me and make sure I understood the next steps in my treatment plan. Her front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Her medical assistant took her time, asked lots of questions, as I was a new patient, and really listened and understood the severity of my symptoms. She was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. The office setting was clean and comfortable and quiet. I am very happy with my visit and will definitely be continuing my care with Erin Hicks NP, her staff, and Pinnacle Dermatology.
