I really dislike exercise for the sake of exercising, but after sitting in a chair working 10 hours days I have to do something. The staff here is great and encouraging. Kim is awesome!
OTF Valpo is great – and if you have the opportunity to go there – then take it. The coaches are great, the SAs are great and everyone is welcoming and encouraging. I was here as a guest from New York and they couldn’t of been nicer or kinder to me– I will be back!
Fantastic group classes. I took a free class and it kicked my butt - I loved it. I plan to join soon, but it can be a bit pricey when you’re also paying for a full Y membership. Try the free class - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
