I’ve been doing training with Katie for a few weeks and she absolutely kicks my butt! Not only does she work all day, but she goes home and looks for new exercises to do. She challenges and encourages me with every minute I spend with her. Way to go, Katie! I appreciate you and all you do for me!
My son and daughter loved the Fitrain Soccer Camp this past week! They learned a lot and improved their skills and had FUN while doing it! We will definitely be signing up for the next one!
I tried this class for the first time today after moving to the area, I had tried a few other places before this one and felt like it gave a better work out than the others. The trainer was right there with us through the workout making sure the exercise was done correctly. Would recommend.
