I've never had a better experience at a laundrymat. I typically DREAD having to use one, and only do so in an emergency. Our washer broke this past week and we are waiting for a technician to come out and repair it, and with 3 kids starting school and a hubby who works at the mill, the laundry was piling up. So I did a search for 24 hour facilities and happened across this place, liked the reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had never heard of them before and I was thoroughly impressed when I arrived. Ladybug Laundry could not have been more helpful with my issue. They provided severals aspects of help toward me and my son. Maryleigh Jaworski and Jennifer were especially helpful. There was a situation where surveillance from the laundry laundromat where they were quick and efficient. It is obvious that they care dearly for their customers. I could not be more grateful and satisfied with how they approach their customers. Thank you.

I recently moved to Valparaiso and have been looking for clean laundromat. Well I have to say I believe Ladybug will be my go to laundromat. When I visited yesterday afternoon I was greeted by Shawna and she was very helpful and very friendly..I have to say Shawna runs a tight neat ship. I hope her manager knows that she does an exceptional job. I will definitely be returning
