I moved from a house to an apartment. I was dreading coming out to do laundry but I honestly don't hate it at Ladybug. The system they use for laundry cards is very user friendly and fairly priced. I can do a whole months of laundry for $15! Would recommend any location!
We were there in the Valpo store on 8/8 in the afternoon. The attendant was great! She was very kind and considerate. She cleaned the washers inside and out, swept the floors, etc. Everything was spotless.
It's clean, convenient. New washers and dryers of many sizes. Friendly staff. The laundromat is 24/7, while the attendant hours are 8-6 M-F, S&S 10-6. Vending machines of snacks and laundry necessities too. Clean restroom. They even play music videos while you wait. I've been using this place for years.
