7/1 extreme heat wave. Came home from work to find our AC had gone out & my cats had been getting sick due to the heat. It’s an extreme heat wave, no one is going to come out this late. I called Kent & spoke to someone right away. She also gave me advice to run the furnace fan while waiting. She was informative, calming, helpful & so nice to talk with. Around 10:30pm, the technician came. I expected someone tired, kinda grumpy, right? He’s been working all day and night in this horrific heat. Came quick. I learned a valuable lesson today, you got to keep the A/C compressor unit cleaner than the old types. The line didn’t freeze, so I thought it was ok. I was wrong. So now it’s on the 1st with changing the furnace filter. You can have them do it too.

Monika and Mike are a godsend. You see my father and I are both housebound and he has severe respiratory problems. So when our ac went out, the night before 100 degree indexes, we didn’t know what we were gonna do (because we can’t just go to a hotel). But we called Kent the next morning and Monika sent Mike straight away and got us back in cool air in no time flat. Without them I don’t know what would have happened, and we are forever grateful.
