I had Shawn come out and work on my furnace. Very kind, professional and just a nice guy. He was knowledgeable of problem due to his years of experience and got it fixed right away. I would have J & J come back any time! Very reasonably priced, but having an experience person is well worth it. Thanks Shawn, I will be calling you again!
I was having a problem with my heat not working today and it was the first cold and very snowy day of the winter and the temperature was dropping in my home fast. I called to have someone come out and look at it and even though it was a Sunday afternoon and was late it the day they had a technician here within 30 minutes. He was extremely polite and courteous. He was mindful about not tracking snow and dirt through the house and explained everything to me very well. He had the problem fixed very quickly. Cleaned up everything and even checked out the water heater while he was here. He was very helpful.
We called today (Sunday) because our furnace was not maintaining temperature. Spoke with a person immediately, technician Jared called back right away and was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a very fair price…we could not be happier! We have used this company many times through the years and have always had a great experience…highly recommend!
