I learned about First Light when my husband was very ill 6 years ago. I was so pleased with the care and concern of the caregivers that helped him. So when things became more difficult for me to manage, I called for help. Mary from First Light has been helping me for about 8 months, two days a week for 2 hours She has taken me to
Doctor appointments, the bank, etc. but what I appreciate the most is that she does my grocery shopping. She’s so efficient that she knows what I need better than I do! She’s always pleasant so I really enjoy her company, as well. I highly recommend First Light of Valparaiso!

I had extensive for surgery two years ago. I needed personal care. They sent the right people. Respectful, very competent, and same sense of humor.
The office staff members were on the money with my care.

I find the staff there very helpful. They were quick and easy to help us assess care for my father before he passed away and they're very reliable and they do help take care of things that are needed. Very professional when talking to the patient & the family members.
