I called for assistance with a repair for my a/c they worked me in there schedule same day and they were at the house within 10-15 minute found the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes
I will use them again the next time I have a problem with the A/c or furnace and very polite office workers
The Elico experience was great! The Technician Andrew was professional and courteous in diagnosing the problem. He resolved the issue and took his time to insure the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend Elico for your heating and cooling system.
After someone came to do the fall service on our furnace the technician talked my husband into replacing our furnace even though it was working. I called Elico for a second opinion. Chris, Elico's technician, explained to me how the furnace and the humidifier worked. He showed me how to change the filters. The best news of all we don't have to replace our furnace at this point. I appreciated receiving an honest review of our furnace and how it is working. I look forward to having Chris become our new furnace technician.
