I needed help getting additional air flow into one of my upstairs bedrooms and my water heater replaced. The man who arrived was straight forward and as professional as anyone could hope for, while being open enough to explain the why's and how's so I might be able to avoid needing a specialist in the future. He never tried to upsell me on any product or additional service either. Should you choose to go with Apex, you won't be dealing with some used car salesman or corporate conman with repair skills. You'll have true tradesman arrive that's there to fix what needs fixing and that's it. Full stop.

Mr Miller did a great and thorough job installing a new air conditioner, furnace , and water heater. Everything was cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend using him. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.
The owner came to our house within 1 hour due to an emergency situation. The technician communicated the entire process on how to address our issue and the estimate given was reasonable and accurate. Our family has found our go to heating and air expert.
