Always have a great experience at the office.I Have had two eye infections and Dr Grove took wonderful care of me. She is very thorough and explained every step with me. I am so glad I have her for my eye doctor. The staff it great too always friendly and helpful.

After suddenly losing my vision in one eye 2 evenings ago, I promptly called the office at 9 am to schedule an appointment and was seen within the hour by Dr Tsagaris. After her assessment, she called Retina associates and I was seen just a few hours later and my issue is being addressed. Everyone in the office I had contact with, from my initial phone call to the very thorough receptionist, to being seen was very helpful and professional. I truly appreciate all of you. Thank you. Dr. Grove and her team are truly top-shelf professionals in every way. From the moment you walk in you know this optometry office is different from the rest. The staff is welcoming, attentive, highly organized, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Grove is the best optometrist I've ever been to, and she uses the most advanced diagnostic equipment available. She loves people and what she does, and caringly explains, in layperson's terms, why she recommends certain tests. Additionally, the office stocks a wide array of eyeglass frames that are outstanding. I highly recommend 21 North Eyecare without reservation.
