Union Medical Group (UAP Clinic) - Downtown

I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30 am. I got checked in and gave them my ID and insurance. Everything went smoothly until the doctor walked in. It wasn't the doctor I had that appointment with. I assumed she had some sort of last minute thing that made her unavailable to see me. He prescribed me antibiotics. I was told when I called to see where my Rx was, that I never checked in and that I saw the walk in clinic instead. There are no signs saying it was a walkin clinic and no one ever said I was supposed to go to another location. I was reluctant to visit this facility because of the poor reviews. I was visiting from out of state and needed care.
I received excellent care. From my check in to check out Pat, Brittany, Cory and the provider Ashley, were very pleasant. They were very busy as soon a they opened .
I checked in at 11:10 and left at 12:20.

Best clinic in town when you are sick. Joe and Jill at the front desk are so friendly, Franklin is a compassionate and comforting nurse, and Megan the NP that took care of me was amazing.
