I had an appointment yesterday at 10:30 am. I got checked in and gave them my ID and insurance. Everything went smoothly until the doctor walked in. It wasn't the doctor I had that appointment with. I assumed she had some sort of last minute thing that made her unavailable to see me. He prescribed me antibiotics. I was told when I called to see where my Rx was, that I never checked in and that I saw the walk in clinic instead. There are no signs saying it was a walkin clinic and no one ever said I was supposed to go to another location. I may be legally blind but not once did the staff mention that I was in the wrong place. I was told yesterday that my Rx was sent in twice and then today, I was told it was sent in again which should have made it 3 times but the lady I spoke with only said it was sent in twice already and they do NOT like dealing with my pharmacy, according to her.
I was reluctant to visit this facility because of the poor reviews. I was visiting from out of state and needed care. I received excellent care. From my check in to check out Pat, Brittany, Cory and the provider Ashley, were very pleasant. They were very busy as soon a they opened . I checked in at 11:10 and left at 12:20. Thank you for the excellent care !

Service was quick but the nurses on staff tonight and the MAs in here tonight were absolutely rude and you could hear them in the back while u were sitting in the lobby talking about u or the reason you were visiting I will not be coming back in here while these nurses are on staff now I can say my last two visits I had great nurses and MAs but this go around these nurses and MAs were absolutely inappropriate

My mom came to your location as she has always done and she came in for lower back pain and the doctor that was there sent her for some x rays and all of that but never gave her a diagnosis and the doctor that was there didn't bother to give her any kind of medicine or anything,so tell me why did a regional hospital tell her that she had two compression fractures in her spine when your doctor couldn't even do there job the right way im very very and extremely disappointed in you guys thats why i only gave you a one star cuz im not happy with you guys at all

The single most horrible experience I have ever had with any health care provider in my whole life. We waited almost an hour AFTER being checked into an exam room. When the provider came in, he already had his mind made up that because of my daughter's history, he was not going to do a damn thing for her. We tried to explain she had new symptoms, a sore throat and swollen glands since the last time we were in there. He refused to even examine her, did not look at her throat or touch her neck, never mind test her for strep or other things. How can any doctor justify sending a patient home with possible strep without even deeming to examine them? Horrible, horrible, horrible! I will never, ever step foot in that place for any reason whatsoever. I'd rather drive to Indy that subject my family to this grossly substandard care.

They keep call in me in Arizona and leaving messages for Ryan (apparently one of their INDIANA patients) and waking me up at 6am —- in ARIZONA and every time I call them back they continue to put me on hold instead of stopping the calls and correcting their records. This poor patient won’t get their call and I am getting woken up from my sleep repeatedly with their wrong calls. This is ridiculous.
