I managed to smash my ring finger and had a rather difficult time getting the ring off. I went to three different jewelry shops to try to get my ring bent back into a circle. I was finally referred to Terry's. I fully expected to have to leave the ring and come back at a later date to pick it up. Not the case! They greeted me right away and immediately took my ring to the back. I swear I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes!! Super friendly staff and they obviously know what they are doing to be able to repair my ring to perfect condition in that short of an amount of time. If you want a jeweler that knows his stuff and cares about his clients, go see Terry!
The stone fell out of my ring that I had not taken off in 5 years. Jewelry stores were trying to make me pay double what we even paid for the ring. Went in to him and got it fixed for a much more realistic price and it took him less than 5 minutes to fix it and hand it back to me. He was so kind too! 10/10 recommend!
Hidden gem. Stopped to get my wedding ring fixed. Quick and friendly service. Place is nice and clean. They do custom-made jewelry. Will be coming back for my husband to get my upgrade ring.
