This was our first inspection done and I was able to be with Ron the full time he was there and he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and the importance of it. He went beyond what i expected him to checking everything. Checking as if he was buying the house himself. His thoroughness as he checks everything is fantastic and the report you get afterwards is very detailed with pictures. Fantastic Job!

Ron was absolutely amazing to work with. He was able to get the inspection scheduled quickly. He was amazingly thorough and took his time to ensure he notated everything and wanted to ensure that he did right by us. He had the full report to us will all pictures captioned within 48 business hours from the day of the inspection. My step father who worked his whole life building houses and commercial buildings from the ground up was EXTREMELY impressed by his work. I can not recommend enough having him come to an inspection.

I cannot recommend Ron enough for your home inspection! He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything to us along the way. Ron was friendly and made me feel like family, but also very professional in appearance as well as practice. His report was detailed and his advice was honest and clearly backed by years of experience. He was able to schedule our inspection and deliver a report in a timely manner. If we ever need to have a home inspection again, we will not hesitate to call Ron and we will recommend him to friends and family.
