Jack McClain was wonderful, he was recommended to me by my realtor. As a first time home buyer, he walked me through what he was doing and what I should look out for and how to correct some of the issues myself. He has such a kind and pleasant demeanor and was very thorough in his inspection. I highly would recommend him every time.

I just used Certified Home Inspectors, LLC for a home inspection done for my coming purchase. Jack McClain was pleasant to work with and very thorough in his inspection. He didn't mind explaining things to me and going in detail about items or issues I had questions on.His pricing seemed very reasonable to me as I had both a VA loan inspection and termite inspection done by Mr. McClain. Jack helped us perform a general inspection of the home we decided to purchase. He showed up early, and took time to answer every question we had. He was incredibly polite and professional, and the report he provided for us gave every detail we needed. He also went above and beyond in several areas, knowing that we were first-time home buyers.. inspecting some items and answering questions beyond the scope of what was asked of his company.Because of Jack, we were able to negotiate with our seller over faulty knob and tube wiring which he found in the attic, as well as open splices.
