I would recommend Roehm Refrigeration to anyone in the area who needs quality heating and cooling products and services. Roehm installed my previous system over 25 years ago when Beth's father was in charge. Obviously, she learned her lessons well at her father's side and now maintains the same outstanding service. today. The entire Roehm team will work to provide complete service and satisfaction for their clients. Customers really do get the "red carpet treatment" year after year.
When we started our furnace for the heating season I contacted Beth and she had someone out the next day. They found we had a crack in the heat exchanger. Beth went above and beyond to help us be able to purchase a new unit. Beth is a hard worker and has a heart of gold. Her crew was courteous and well prepared and did an amazing job.
Tech came to fix AC unit. Found the problem. Told him it was probably on warranty with an other company. So he said best to call them Just charged me a diagnostic fee. Nice young guy
