Girl greeted us and asked what we needed a few minutes after being there left us to decide. Went to counter she was busy with another customer and the gentleman at the counter just turned his head and didn't acknowledge us.

In the preparation phase and selection process, we spoke with George at the Osborne Georgia Carpet shop of Terre Haute. He was very helpful and provided the detailed info we needed for a good choice to replace about 1,000 sq ft of carpet in our home. The installation crew of 4 were very courteous, and most of all, very professional. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend the Osborne Carpet shop of T. Haute.
