The tech, Shawn Selby was excellent but the dispatch was horrible. Was told tech would be here between 12-4, then was told between 2-4. Was then texted that tech was on his way at 3:20. They didn’t say where he was coming from. At 4:10 I called and was told he was on his way. I had to force an ETA from them of 5 pm. The tech showed up at 5:04. He was supper nice.
Bobby initially visited my residence to provide a quote for a plumbing service, specifically a clean water connection and an exterior water outlet to my backyard. He informed me that a line from my system in the garage would need to be run through the crawlspace to ensure clean water would be utilized instead of well water. He was extremely friendly and arranged for two plumbers, John and Steven, to visit the same day. John and Steven did an exceptional job, efficiently installing all necessary components and thoroughly explaining each step of the process. Kyler is an amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful electrician. He explains the situation in lay-person terms and does so with patience and understanding. In addition, the customer service staff is helpful, too!!! I highly recommend Bassett Services!!!
