My grandson recently came from Chicago to spend some time with me. Unfortunately, he forgot his contacts. He wears them at night for eye correction. We had the contacts sent overnight, but we were missing the hard contact remover. (which we had to have). I called the office on Saturday morning, and they had one for us. I want to thank the kind lady for all of help. She "saved the day" for us. My grandson son and I thank her so very much!

I had the best experience in the office. Britney personally called me to give me details about the upcoming appointment. The office staff was kind, professional, and helpful.
Kyah and Brinlie did everything they could to assist me and make this appointment simple and seamless.
Both men at the front desk were helpful, friendly and considerate of any questions or concerns I had.
The telemed appointment was perfect and went without flaw. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This experience was a 10/10.

I recently had made a visit here and left completely satisfied! Audria is who checked me in while i waited for the Dr & she was great. She gave me detailed information on how to switch from glasses to contacts. She was very friendly & helpful, which made my visit more comfortable. I definitely recommend going here.
