They are super nice men and very knowledgeable! They came and fixed some things but never came back to fix the big issue we actually needed done. They never answered or returned my call after. Super disappointed in them after that.
Amazing people, incredibly friendly and professional. We had a clogged drain in our bathtub that had been there since we moved in . I spent so much money on drain cleaner that only helped the problem for one day at best. Finally, I broke down and called Jim Marshall. He came out with his crew, and they had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. I can not stress how friendly and professional they all were. The problem has been fixed ever since and it only cost me $75.00. My family, extended, has used the Marshalls for all their plumbing needs for about 30+ years and love them. My husband and I have used them exclusively for about 18 years that we have owned our home. Fantastic service and pricing. Mr. Marshall passed away a couple of years ago but the next generation, who worked with him their whole lives, have now taken up the work. They will fix anything, work overtime if needed to fix the problems, backup the work they have done and never overprice the services. Pleasant, professional, friendly and they always clean up any messes made while fixing leaks, etc. We have recommended many, many people to Marshalls over the years and everyone has been very happy with their work.
