Awesome store and customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough! Very friendly staff that are super knowledgeable and lots of inventory to help you find just what it is you need. Locks? They got em! Keys? They got those also! Safes? None safer! Those safes are so safe I lock locked my nephew in one once on accident, I’d say don’t tell his mother but she doesn’t speak to me anymore anyways. Took the fire department 3 1/2 hours to get him out. I order pizza for those brave men and the lady’s at CPS. Child endangerment they said, it was an accident I said. Jed and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They not only replaced my door knobs and dead bolts, they had to find a special sized plate that would fit my old door to replace the old one. They bought parts twice until it worked, they had to shave my door and after they removed the old plate, realized it was hollow behind it, so they filled my door to make it more secure. They also replaced my door strike plates. They had to do a lot of special things for my old doors and I am very happy with their resilience and follow through. They are very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend this company.

I absolutely love Wabash Valley Lock and Key! They(The owners) go above and beyond! Not only do they care about their customers, they take pride in their community and support those less fortunate! They have helped so many souls in times of need, including the homeless and supporting the local animal shelter/humane society! I HIGHLY recommend this business for all your lock and key needs. ? I was locked out of my vehicle and they were so helpful and so kind. Thank you again!!
