A problem developed during installation of the Roman shades but the technician worked diligently to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. The company also sent another installer to help if needed. We appreciate their professionalism and are pleased with the look and quality of the window shades.
Outstanding service and work from start to finish!! The staff in the showroom were patient and knowledgeable with helping us understand the options and what would be the best choice for our blind.Ryan's appointment with us in making the final decision was really helpful!! Not only are we extremely pleased with the entire process.... The saleswoman was very nice and knowledgeable on the blinds. She asked what we were looking for and took that information narrowing down options. She went through the types of materials, colors, options, and mechanics of the blinds. She discussed the warranty and return policy.The Installer arrived ar time he indicated. Very nice man. Went right to work. Did a nice clean installation. He went over the care of the blinds, demonstrated how they work and had us operate the blinds. He also went over the warranty and return policy. He cleaned up the trash from the packaging and left when we were comfortable with their workings.
