2nd time we have used them only because we moved,both times they did a great job. Always a friendly staff and so informational to make sure your experience is good. We had 36 windows replaced in our 1880 Victorian home as the original windows were not taken care of over the years. Window world had excellent customer service since day one. We chose colors (clay windows with cast iron trim) that best fit the home inside and out to respect the multiple colors on a Victorian. We also chose clay windows for interior purposes because white would look too new and out of place with our original wood trim. Window World did an amazing job replicating our attic upper window sashes as best as possible. They originally had a 9x6 grid of tiny squares, and they made 8X5 grid.
