I found myself in need of some serious tree TLC — only problem was, the property was 2,100 miles away in Terre Haute! So I did what any modern problem-solver does: I turned to Google. After a few dead ends and voicemails, I finally reached a real, live human — Shane!
From that first call, I knew I was in good hands. Shane was friendly, professional, and (miracle of miracles) responsive. Within about 24 hours, he had visited the property, assessed the situation, and sent over a very reasonable quote. The work was approved, scheduled, and completed all within a week — and the results looked fantastic.
I had a tree that was in terrible condition. It would eventually topple over and hit power lines and a neighbors house. It worried me to death . Nice crew..no problems. Would definitely use them again.
