Just had a new system installed for a family member. The techs were very professional and did a great job on the installation. They cleaned up everything when finished and made sure we were ok with everything before leaving. The office staff were very helpful answering all of my questions before the install, and followed up afterward to make sure there weren’t any issues. A great team, would highly recommend.

A different company had installed a new curcuit board for our AC after in went out, but the system was hemorrhaging water and they refused to come back to fix it. The new circuit board lasted three weeks and was fried again. Bays Heating and Cooling was recommended, so I called them. They sent John—who is an absolutely consummate professional—to our house to diagnose. John found the problem that was causing the circuit board issue, inspected EVERY ASPECT OF THE UNIT and ordered us a new circuit board.
