“I was concerned after reading so many negative reviews. However, my repair was under warrenty and Samsung wanted me to use this company. I did have to call in to inquire about the status of my repair ticket to get started, but the person who answered was kind and able to assist me. He got the part ordered and an estimation window within 10 minutes of talking. The service tech Aaron came out to service my TV and got it fixed within 15 minutes. Aside from what seemed like me having to call to start, I really liked everyone I talked to and would recommend giving this company a chance.“
