Janae is seriously the best. Couldn’t recommend her enough. She creates an inclusive environment and puts forth effort to develop personal relationships with her clients. Her techniques and attention to detail is phenomenal.
Every single person who works here gets a 5 star from me! They know how to be kind and do customer service! I had went and got my nails for my wedding in two days done at Goshen Nail & Spa and left so unhappy and they didn’t care or offer to fix anything.
When I stopped in this place to get my nails corrected everyone from the Front desk receptionist to a beautician who was there to both the nail girls anyone I came in contact with was so kind and actually cared about me and my problem and my nails got done by Natalie And she did a wonderful job and I forget the other nail professional Who works beside Natalie but she was a gem herself. Jannalee left me in awe of how perfect my nails are for this holiday season 😍 I can’t find a single flaw and they feel like my natural nails! She pays close attention to detail and made sure the nail art was just right. Highly recommend!
