“We had him wash the house, pole barn and our roof. It had been 25 years since the house was built and there was green on the house and the roof was dark brown, almost black. When he finished the house looked like new and the roof was a light brown, which I had forgotten was the original color. I will have him come back and treat the shingles in the spring. He was very conscientious about his work. Highly recommend.“

“We had our roof replaced by Unique Siding Co. We have nothing but praise to the owner and crew. When we had our first conversation, Mr. Hathaway explained the various options, made recommendations, and gave us time to think about the project. We voiced concerns about damages from falling debris and were promised that they will protect the garden and flower beds that surround the house. This was a "no pressure" meeting. In fact, it took us over a week to finally sign up with the company. The work on the two roofs (house and detached garage) took about a day and a half. The foreman was on site throughout. There were no damages. We followed the suggestions offered by Mr. Hathaway and are delighted with the final results. A+“
“We called Millwood out on a Sat with what we thought was a roof leaking problem. It wasn't a bad roof but still a labor intensive job. They were here within 2 weeks. Finished in 1 day. Very professional. Cleaned up their mess. Explained what they were doing every step of the way and the price was very reasonable. I couldn't more highly recommend this fine company“
