“The service was fine, and the salon is definitely on the pricier side. I was visiting the area and treating myself for my birthday, so I went ahead. That said, I was surprised to be charged $5 extra to remove gel polish from just my two big toes. This fee wasn’t listed anywhere, and when I asked if the posted prices were current, I was told they were. Being hit with an unexpected charge at the end of the service didn’t sit right with me—especially for such a small job. They clearly post their $2 credit card fee upfront, so it’s frustrating that other extra charges aren’t communicated the same way. If I lived here, I probably wouldn’t return.“
